Merchant of Record
When you buy on a Fastmov-powered store, your contract is with Fastmov — we handle payment, tax, fulfillment, support, and returns.
Accounts & eligibility
Different rules for creators and buyers — both require accurate information.
Creators
Valid email, secure credentials, compliance with affiliate eligibility. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Buyers
Guest or account checkout. You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide a deliverable US address for physical goods.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or platform risk.
Stores & checkout
What to expect when you purchase on a Fastmov-powered store.
Contact buyer support before filing chargebacks — abusive chargebacks may block future orders.
Acceptable use
Keep the platform fair for creators, buyers, and Fastmov.
Creators must follow FTC disclosure rules (#ad, affiliate link) per the Affiliate Terms.
Intellectual property
Fastmov owns platform branding and software. Store assets are licensed for promotion and purchase — don’t reuse outside permitted promotion.
Feedback you send us may be used by Fastmov without restriction or compensation.

In plain English — if you bought something
- We are the seller. FastMov TECH LLC (Wyoming) handles checkout, shipping, returns, and support — not the creator who shared a link.
- Try support first. Email support@fastmov.io for order issues. Most problems should not need a lawyer.
- Your state still matters. Nothing here takes away consumer rights that your state requires us to honor.
- If it ever goes to court (rare), the full Terms below explain limits on damages and that Wyoming law applies to our company, subject to those consumer protections.
In plain English — if you promote stores
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of Fastmov.
- Commission rules live in the Affiliate Terms. These Terms cover platform use and buyer-side MoR rules you should not contradict in your content.
- Don’t mislead buyers or abuse attribution — we may suspend accounts.
Legal summary
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Fastmov is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid Fastmov for the relevant order in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $100.
FastMov TECH LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your state require otherwise. Disputes that cannot be resolved through support may be brought in courts located in Wyoming, subject to applicable consumer rights.

These Terms of Service govern access to Fastmov websites, creator tools, and purchases on Fastmov-powered stores operated by FastMov TECH LLC.
1. Agreement
Fastmov provides a platform for US creators to claim stores and earn commission. Buyers purchase on those stores. Affiliate Terms control commission conflicts.
2. Merchant of Record
FastMov TECH LLC is seller of record at checkout. Fastmov handles payment, tax, fulfillment coordination, support, and returns.
3. Accounts
Accurate information required. Suspension for violations, fraud, or risk.
4. Checkout
Tax-inclusive pricing where stated. Orders subject to acceptance and fraud review. Refunds on cancellation.
5. Acceptable use
No law violations, attribution manipulation, scraping, or harassment. FTC disclosures required for creators.
6. IP
Fastmov owns platform IP. Store assets licensed for permitted use.
7. Liability & governing law
As-is service; limited liability as stated above. FastMov TECH LLC, a Wyoming LLC. Wyoming governing law; consumer mandatory protections preserved where applicable.
8. Changes
Updated Terms posted on this page. Continued use may constitute acceptance where permitted.
