Affiliate Terms

Rules for claiming curated stores, earning commission, and getting paid as a Fastmov creator.

Last updated: September 1, 2026 Applies to creator accounts

How the program works

Fastmov curates niche storefronts — each built for one audience, with a focused catalog. You claim one, film your hook, and share your unique link or code.

Claim

Pick from rotating curated stores. Limits and rotation rules are shown in the creator app.

Promote

Share your link or code. Attribution is tracked automatically on qualifying checkout.

Earn

Commission on net qualifying order value after returns and discounts. Rates shown at claim time.

You are an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, or Merchant of Record. You cannot bind Fastmov or process buyer support.

Commission & rates

Rates are displayed per store in your dashboard when you claim. In-app numbers are authoritative over this summary.

Topic Rule
Calculation Percentage of net qualifying order value after returns, refunds, checkout discounts, and payment adjustments
Tax Tax collected in tax-inclusive checkout is not commissionable unless stated otherwise
Self-referrals Your own purchases or household orders may be excluded or clawed back
Fraud No commission on orders deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms
Rate changes New stores may have updated rates; your claim-time rate applies to that claim period

Pending → Ready → Paid

Track every dollar in your creator dashboard. Refunds and chargebacks reverse commission.

Pending

Order captured — waiting out return window & fraud review

Ready

Confirmed — eligible for next payout batch

Paid

Sent via your configured payout method (e.g. PayPal)

Weekly payout cycle — typically Fridays
Minimum threshold shown in-app before release
Complete payout setup before first release
Delays possible for ID verification or tax forms

Refunded or charged-back orders claw back commission — Ready balance may go negative and offset future earnings.

Promotion rules

Follow the law, platform policies, and FTC disclosure guidelines.

Disclose #ad or “affiliate link” where required
Use hook scripts as suggestions — you own final content
False or unsubstantiated product claims
Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or trademark bid abuse
Spam or channels that ban affiliate links
Impersonating Fastmov, the brand, or support

Claims are non-transferable — you can’t sell or sublicense your store claim.

Tax & compliance

You’re responsible for taxes on commission income in your jurisdiction.

Fastmov may require tax ID (e.g. W-9 for US persons) before releasing payouts above reporting thresholds. We may issue Form 1099 when required. Keep payout details current.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations or risk events.

Pending commission tied to violations may be forfeited. Otherwise eligible Ready balances are paid subject to review and minimum thresholds.
